Our Process

We Shape Wood Like No One Else

Our Block board slab is assembled by automatic production line, so the slab locking rate is %100. Giza wood boards are firmly attached to the screws, with the possibility of loosening and fastening more than once in the same place.

01. Selection of Wood

The first step is to select high-quality woods with straight and uniform grains. The woods are then dried and processed to eliminate any defects.

02. Cutting and Gluing

The selected woods are then cut into thin strips, which are then glued together to form a block. The blocks are made with the grain of the strips running parallel to each other.

03. Pressing

The glued blocks are then placed into a hydraulic press, which applies pressure and heat to bond the strips together. This process creates a strong and stable blockboard.

04. Finishing

After pressing, the blockboards are trimmed, sanded, and finished with a protective coating to enhance durability and appearance. The finished blockboards are then ready for use in various applications.
